Travelin' Man

Songwriter: Jerry Fuller

I'm a travelin' man
I've made a lot of stops all over the world
And in every part I own the heart
of at least one lovely girl.

I've a pretty senorita waiting for me
down in old Mexico
If you're ever in Alaska stop and see
my cute little Eskimo.

Oh my sweet fraulien down in Berlin town
makes my heart start to yearn
and my China doll down in old Hong Kong
waits for my return.

Pretty Polynesian baby over the sea
I remembered the night
when we walked in the sands of the Waikiki
and I held you oh so tight.

-----instrumental break------

Oh my sweet fraulien down in Berlin town
makes my heart start to yearn
and my China doll down in old Hong Kong
waits for my return.

Pretty Polynesian baby over the sea
I remembered the night
when we walked in the sands of the Waikiki
and I held you oh so tight.
Oh, I'm a travelin' man
Yes, I'm a travelin' man

Teenage Idol

Songwriter: Jack Lewis

Some people call me a teenage idol
Some people say they envy me
I guess they got no way of knowing
how lonesome I can be

I need somebody to be my baby
Someone to tell my troubles to
I've got no time to ever find her
cause I'm just passing through

I travel around from town to lonely town
I guess I'll always be just a rolling stone
If I find fortune and fame and lots of people know my name
that won't mean a thing I'm all alone

I get no rest when I'm feeling weary
I got to pack my bags and go
I got to be somewhere tomorrow
to smile and do my show

I travel around from town to lonely town
I guess I'll always be just a rolling stone
If I find fortune and fame and lots of people know my name
that won't mean a thing I'm all alone

Some people call me a teenage idol
Some people say they envy me
I guess they got no way of knowing
how lonesome I can be
how lonesome I can be

Hello Mary Lou
Songwriters: Cayet Magiaracina, Gene Pitney

Hello Mary Lou
You passed me by one sunny day
flashed those big brown eyes my way
And oh I wanted you forever more

Now I'm not one that gets around
I swear my feet stuck to the ground
and though I never did meet you before

I said "Hello Mary Lou,
goodbye heart,
sweet Mary Lou
I'm so in love with you
I knew Mary Lou
we'd never part
So hello Mary Lou
goodbye heart"

I saw your lips I heard your voice
believe me I just had no choice
Wild horses couldn't make me stay away

I thought about moonlit night

My arms about good an' tight
That's all I had to see for me to say
--Chorus--

I will Follow You
Songwriters: Arthur Altman, Gimbel Del Roma,Plante Norman, Stole Jacques, J W

I will follow you, follow you wherever you may go
There isn't an ocean too deep, a mountain so high it can keep me away

I must follow you, ever since you touched my hand I know

that near you I always must be and nothing can keep you from me
You are my destiny

I love you, I love you, I love you and where you go I'll follow, I'll follow, I'll follow
You'll always be my true love, my true love, my true love
from now until forever, forever, forever

I will follow you, follow you wherever you may go
There isn't an ocean too deep, a mountain so high it can keep,
keep me away from my love

I love you, I love you, I love you.

Welcome to My World

Welcome to my world, won't you come on in miracles?
I guess, still happen now and then
Step into my heart, leave your cares behind

Welcome to my world, built with you in mind
Knock and the door will open, seek and you will find
Ask and you'll be giving, and find this world of mine

I'll be waiting here with my arms unfurled
Waiting just for you, welcome to my world
Waiting just for you, welcome to my world

He ain't Heavy He's My Brother

The road is long with many awaiting turns
That lead us to who knows where
who knows where
But I'm strong,
Strong enough to carry him
He ain't heavy, he's my brother

So long we go
His welfare is my concern
No burden is he to bare, we'll get there

For I know
He would not encumber me
He ain't heavy, he's my brother

If I'm laden at all,
I am laden with sadness that
everyone's heart isn't filled with the gladness
I am alone for one and another

It's so long long road
From which there is no return
While we're on the way to live why not share

And the load doesn't weigh me down at all
He ain't heavy, he's my brother
He's my brother
He ain't heavy
He's my brother
He's my brother
He ain't heavy
He's my brother

Bye Bye Love

Bye bye love
Bye bye happiness
Hello loneliness
I think I'm gonna cry

Bye bye love
Bye bye sweet caress
Hello emptiness
I feel like I could die
Bye bye my love goodbye

There goes my baby with someone new
She sure looks happy, I sure am blue
She was my baby till he stepped in
Goodbye to romance that might have been

Bye bye love
Bye bye happiness
Hello loneliness
I think I'm gonna cry

Bye bye love
Bye bye sweet caress
Hello emptiness
I feel like I could die
Bye bye my love goodbye

I'm through with romance, I'm through with love
I'm through with countin' the stars above
And here's the reason that I'm so free
My lovin' baby is through with me

Bye bye love
Bye bye happiness
Hello loneliness
I think I'm gonna cry

Bye bye love
Bye bye sweet caress
Hello emptiness
I feel like I could die
Bye bye my love goodbye

Bye bye my love goodbye
Bye bye my love goodbye
Bye bye my love

Garden Party

I went to a garden party to reminisce with my old friends
A chance to share old memories and play our songs again
When I got to the garden party, they all knew my name
No one recognize me, I didn't look the same

But it's all right now, I learned my lesson well
You see, ya can't please everyone, so ya got to please yourself

And people came from miles around, everyone was there
Yoko brought her walrus, there was magic in the air
An' over the corner, much to my surprise
Mr. Hughes hid in Dylan's shoes wearing his disguise

But it's all right now, I learned my lesson well
You see, you can't please everyone, so ya got to please yourself

Played them all the old songs, thought that's why they came
No one heard the music, we didn't look the same
I said, hello to 'Mary Lou', she belongs to me
When I sang a song about a honky-tonk, it was time to leave

But it's all right now, I learned my lesson well
You see, ya can't please everyone, so ya got to please yourself

Someone opened up a closet door and out stepped Johnny B. Goode
Playing guitar like a-ringin' a bell and lookin' like he should
If you gotta play at garden party, I wish you a lotta luck
But if memories were all I sang, I rather drive a truck

But it's all right now, I learned a lesson well
You see, ya can't please everyone, so ya got to please yourself

An' t's all right now, I learned a lesson well
You see, ya can't please everyone, so ya got to please yourself

It's up to You

It's up to you
Because I've done everything I can
I hope that you
Will say that I'm your lovin' man

Make up your mind
And do what you're gonna do
Well you know how I feel
So I'm leaving it up to you

It's all so clear
That I would give everything I own
To have you near
Never leave me all alone

I need your love
So, darling, please be fair
Let me know where I stand
And I hop that you say you care

Well I've laid my cards on the table
and it's oh so plain to see
That I'm ready, willing and able
to love you faithfully

It's up to you
No, it's not for me to say
You love me too
Oh, but I hope you feel that way

Make up your mind
And do what you're gonna do
Well you know how I feel
So I'm leaving it up to you

Make up your mind
And do what you're gonna do
Well you know how I feel
So I'm leaving it up to you

It's up to you
Darling, it's up to you
Baby, it's up to you
Darling, it's up to you
Baby, It's up to you
Darling, it's up to you
Baby, it's up to you

Poor Little fool

I used to play around with hearts that hastened at my call
But when I met that little girl I knew that I would fall

Poor little fool, oh yeah, I was a fool, uh huh

She played around and teased me with her carefree devil eyes
She'd hold me close and kiss me but her heart was full of lies

Poor little fool, oh yeah, I was a fool, uh huh
(Uh huh, poor little fool, I was a fool, oh yeah)

She told me how she cared for me and that we'd never part
And so for the very first time I gave away my heart

Poor little fool, oh yeah, I was a fool, uh huh
(Uh huh, poor little fool, I was a fool, oh yeah)

The next day she was gone and I knew she'd lied to me
She left me with a broken heart, won her victory

Poor Little fool, oh yeah, I was a fool, uh huh
(Uh huh, poor little fool, I was a fool, oh yeah)

But I'd played this game with other hearts but I never thought I'd see
The day when someone else would play love's foolish game with me

Poor little fool, oh yeah, I was a fool, uh huh
(Uh huh, poor little fool, I was a fool, oh yeah)

Poor little fool, oh yeah, I was a fool, uh huh
(Uh huh, poor little fool)

You don't know me

You give your hand to me and then you say hello
And I can hardly speak, my heart is beating so
And anyone could tell, you think you know me well
But you don't know me

No, you don't know the one who dreams of you at night
And longs to kiss your lips and longs to hold you tight
To you I'm just a friend, that's all I have ever been
But you don't know me, you don't know me

For I never knew the art of making love
Though my heart ached with love of you
Afraid and shy, I let my chance go by
The chance you might have loved me too

You give your hand to me and then you say goodbye
I watch you walk away beside the lucky guy
To never, never know the one who loves you so
No, you don't know me
